The price quoted for the product is exclusive of delivery charges.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the purchase order.
Each device comes with 2500 preloaded test kits for haemoglobin.
The device is covered under warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Support or repairs after the warranty period will be chargeable.
EzeRx Health Tech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for theft or manual damage to the device
after delivery.
Any number of test kits allocated to a device, once assigned, are not reversible.
Delivery will be made within 5-7 days from the date of invoice.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable ProductsAll sales of physical products are final. The product once sold is non-refundable
under any circumstances.
Order CancellationCustomers may cancel orders only before the completion of payment. Once the
payment has been made, cancellation is not possible.
Defective / Damaged ProductsIf you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for repair or replacement under our Warranty policy. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide proof (photos or videos).
Procedure to Request Repair / ReplacementAll sales of physical products are final. The product once sold is non-refundable
under any circumstances.
Limitation1. Contact us via [email protected] with your order number and description of the issue.2. We’ll verify if the issue is covered by warranty.3. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts (as per Warranty terms)
